Detective

For the most part being a detective is either working with the police in a building with the only one crime that you've been assigned to, or they work alone. They can either have a license or none at all of course mostly all states make you have one though. Mostly you will need a four to two year degree in Criminal Justice, also when they need to collect evidence they have the forensic people collect it and they must get a confession to hold it up in court. You can get a lot of money if people ask you to do something for them. (got information on http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Detective) (got image on http://www.dreadcentral.com/img/news/dec11/howl4.jpg)

Jury duty

Pretty much the description of this job is very simple..you get selected to go to a court hearing or trail for someone who is being committed for a crime that they have committed. You listen to both sides of the story, in the end its up to all of the members of the jury to make a guilty or not guilty charge and even sometimes the judge will also go with what the jury said, but even sometimes it takes a small amount of time to make a agreement or it could take days, it all depends.(Got information http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jury_duty) (got image on http://www.marines.mil/unit/hqmc/hr/PublishingImages/Jury-duty.jpg)

Judge

Being a Judge in the court system first and for most you must know the law and second you must know is who is telling the truth and who is lying. In many states throughout the United States, a judge is addressed as "Your Honor" or "Judge" when presiding over the court. "Judge" may be more commonly used by attorneys and staff, while either may be common with the plaintiff or defendant. Special Agent

A Special agent works for some agencies but not all, they work for the government and federal, there like an investigator in a sense. Such persons are usually armed and have the power to arrest and conduct investigations into the violation of federal laws.  To operate safely and effectively, U.S. special agents and criminal investigators must possess skills and knowledge regarding criminal and civil law and procedure, enforcement operations, physical techniques, and technical equipment, to mention a few. They must also be physically fit. While possession of a college degree can aid in obtaining employment in this profession, only extensive training provided at specialized facilities, combined with on-the-job training, can provide the skills and knowledge needed to perform the duties of a federal criminal investigator.( this is where I got my information on http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special_agent) (got image on http://i39.tinypic.com/n2g47n.jpg)

In the education you need at least your high school Diploma or GED and someone who is thinks very highly of getting a associates degree in Criminal Justice. Also you need to take a written test on your knowledge of government and legal issues. Also you need to go through a background check, ID and much more. It's very rewarding in the end. Importance of training for a Peace officer

These people tend to got through loads of training, to many to even think of or even imagine. They tend to scan their surroundings so they know that they wont be gun down. The train is very intense, not many people make it. These people tend to risk their own lives so that ours can be saved. This one girl tends to scan the area of any place she goes to since it been a second thing to her for doing it for so long. The two main basic things they need to do is Understanding Law Enforcement as a Culture to Officer Spiritual Survival and Crime Scene and Investigation Awareness Training for Chaplains and Understanding your Communication Style. These people are really great, and they're like soldiers who are just fending for the people from the bad.
