The bases of Computer Crime is..using the computer and sending things to other people like virus and malware which infects people computer. People lose there Identity, homes and so much more. The world isn't as safe as it use to be even on the Internet. People also missing money..and the people doing it tend to get caught in the end by the FBI's team CAT and the local law enforcement.
